Returns and refunds

I only offer items that I am satisfied with. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me via e-mail.

Returns and refunds will only be processed for faulty items. I cannot cover shipping costs for returns, so please keep this in mind. Once an item is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued.

Exchanges

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may exchange it for a similar item. Please contact me to discuss. Returned items must be in their original condition. Shipping costs for the exchange are the buyer's responsibility, including the return and the shipping of the replacement.

I reserve the right to refuse exchanges on custom ‘made to order items’ if reselling the item would be difficult due to customizations.
